About Us

Rock Coast Golf Co.

Rock Coast Golf Co. (RCGC) is a Northern Colorado–based community project creating meaningful connection through shared experience, with golf as one of several gathering grounds.

Rooted in NoCo and operating across the Front Range, including Fort Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs, RCGC exists to build environments where people feel welcomed, respected, and invited to participate fully. Sometimes that looks like a golf event. Sometimes it looks like a dinner, a walk, a conversation, or a shared challenge. The throughline is not the activity itself, but the care taken in how people are treated once they arrive.

RCGC is built on years of work across golf, nonprofit community spaces, and local leadership, where culture is not theoretical but lived. Its foundation comes from stewarding teams, supporting volunteers, organizing programs, and helping people feel safe enough to show up honestly. That experience shapes how RCGC operates. Attention is paid to details, to flow, to tone, and to how individuals experience the whole, because strong communities are built through intentional environments, not accidents.

While golf is one of the most visible expressions of the project, particularly through events like the Ace Chase Mini Tour, it is not the core identity. The Mini Tour moves through Fort Collins, Denver, and Colorado Springs as a way to bring people together around shared experience, friendly competition, and mutual respect. Apparel, storytelling, and media extend the invitation outward, acting as signals of belonging rather than status or performance.

RCGC reflects a belief that culture is something you carry, not something you announce. It is shaped by showing up early, doing the unseen work, taking responsibility for the experience of others, and leaving people and places better than you found them. These values come as much from nonprofit and community leadership as they do from time spent inside golf operations and stewardship.

Rock Coast Golf Co. is not trying to scale attention. It is trying to scale care. The work is slow by design, grounded in trust, consistency, and shared responsibility. In a time when many spaces feel transactional or fragmented, RCGC focuses on rebuilding social fabric through real-world gathering and thoughtful leadership.

At its core, Rock Coast Golf Co. exists to create fun excuses to spend time together, because in doing so, we find we belong to one another.

Why It Matters

Belonging does not happen automatically. It must be practiced, protected, and modeled. RCGC is part of a broader effort to build healthier communities by creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and invited to participate. The work is relational, not transactional, and the impact compounds over time.
